Wire drawing is the core and fundamental process that determines fishing net quality. The strength, toughness, uniformity and aging resistance of the monofilament directly decide the durability and performance of fishing nets.
We are a professional factory with full in-house wire drawing capability. Instead of purchasing external yarn materials, we produce every thread independently from original nylon chips through melting, precision extrusion, constant-temperature cooling, multi-stage stretching and heat setting.

We adopt 100 % new original nylon chips without recycled materials. High-purity monofilament avoids brittleness, fuzzing and rapid aging problems.

Segmented precise temperature extrusion and high-precision spinneret ensure extremely small diameter error. Uniform tension makes the whole net smooth, stable and deformation-resistant.
3. Multi-stage Hot Stretching for High Tensile Strength
Professional molecular restructuring through multi-level stretching and heat setting greatly improves tensile strength and toughness. The nets are tear-resistant, wear-resistant and suitable for rough water conditions.
4. Anti-corrosion & Age-resistant Setting Process
Optimized density and surface tightness reduce water absorption, enhance UV resistance and corrosion resistance. The nets keep stable performance for long-term underwater use without breaking or whitening.
